Mini Alpine Champion Lineup

There is a doe in the line up today, that brings a many points to the score card to compete for champion.  She is beautifully blended from her neck into her withers.  This doe has the length and levelness of top line I am looking for.  She has very good feet and legs.  This is a doe that shows us her dairy character without being frail.  She is angular, open, and not over conditioned today.  She has a deep, wide chest, with width continuing into her rear barrel.  Your Grand Champion Mini Alpine Junior doe, goes to the dry yearling.

As we bring the second place yearling doe into the line up, I feel the competition now lies between the Jr. and Intermediate kid.
As we look at both of these does, they are very similar in type and you really have to study them to pick the doe to use.
With the slight advantage she has in sharpness of withers and angularity, the Junior Kid will be our Reserve Grand Champion Mini Alpine.
