I place this class of intermediate
mini-nubian buck kids F, C, G, J, A, K, B, D, E, H, I
F places over C in a very close
placing for the advantage he has in feet and legs. He is
stronger on his front pasterns and tighter in his toes.
He is also slightly more level across his rump and
cleaner in his front shoulder assembly. He will grant a
more correct rear leg set to C.
C places over G for his advantage
in having a longer, leaner neck and more dairy strength
in flatness of bone.
G places over A for being more
level across his rump. He also has a wider, higher
arched escutcheon.
J places over A for his advantage
in length of bone- he’s a taller, longer buck kid.
A places over K for his advantage
in dairy strength. He is sharper, more angular and open
throughout.
He will grant length of rump to K.
K places over B for having more
height and width in his escutcheon. He also has more
width between the hocks and a stronger rear leg set with
rear legs more perpendicular to the floor.
B places over D for having an
advantage in body capacity. He has a greater strength of
bone and depth of body. He is also longer bodied with a
longer and more level rump.
D places over E for having an
advantage in dairy strength- he has a longer, leaner
bone pattern and neck.
E places over H in a similar pair
of bucks for having more width across his rump and more
height and width in his escutcheon.
H places over I for his advantage
in being stronger in his front pasterns and more level
across his topline.
