2-1-3

In our Mini Nubian #3 year old class, #2 has the advantage over #1 in general appearance.  He stands on a more correct set to the rear leg with a shorter stronger pastern and a deeper heel.  He is smoother over the topline and flatter and more correct in the slope to rump.  As far as body capacity, #2 has more strength, substance, power, and ruggedness with greater width of chest and depth to rear rib.

#1 places over #3 for his advantage in dairy strength.  He has a longer, leaner neck, more prominent vertebrae, is freer from excess conditioning, and has a more incurved thigh.

#3 will be commended for his width of topline.
