Placing 5-9-7-1-10-2-6-4-3-11-13-12-8

In our Mini Nubian Senior kid class, #5 places over #9 for her advantage in dairy strength.  She is sharper withered and more prominent in her vertebrae.  As for general appearance, #5 blends more harmoniously in her front end and she is more level in her topline.

#9 places over #5 for her advantage in body capacity.  She has a wider chest, deeper heart girth, deeper rear rib, and more barrel development.  She has an advantage in general appearance, with stronger breed character to her head.  She has stands wider between the hocks and is more u shaped in her escutcheon, her hocks are more parallel when viewed from behind,  and has less tendency to be over angulated in the rear legs.

#7 places over #1 for her advantages in general appearance.  #7, a doe with a straighter fore leg when viewed from the front,  is a smoother blended doe in the front end especially between the shoulder blades and withers and chest floor and point of elbow.  She is also fuller in the crops.  #7 has a more desirable rump angle as well.  As for dairy strength, #7 is freer from excess conditioning showing us a sharper wither. more prominent vertebrae, and more desirable fleshing for a young replacement animal.

#1 now places over #10 justify the placing is general appearance as she has a smoother junction from hip into rump.  Her rump is flatter as well.  As for body capacity, we are seeing a stronger bone, more overall substance, and greater barrel development in #1.

#10 now stands over #2 in dairy strength.  She is much sharper at the wither, more prominent in the vertebrae, and more open in the rib.  In general appearance, she is more perpendicular from hock to pastern.

#2 places over #6 in general appearance.  She is a more balanced individual with a smoother topline, more correct rump angle, and a slightly straighter fore leg behind the knee in side profile.  #2 is also more open in the escutcheon and for her size shows great width between the hocks.

#6 is placing over #4 in dairy strength.  She has a longer neck, sharper wither, and a more incurving thigh.

#4 is placing over #3 in general appearance, with a more correct rear leg stance when viewed from behind.

#3 is placing over #11 for her advantages in general appearance.  She, a doe with a straighter fore leg in front profile, is longer in the topline and wider and flatter in the rump.  She stands on a more correct set of rear leg criticizing 11 for being over angulated on the rear legs.

#11 stands over #13 in general appearance as she is more balanced.

#13 stands over #12 for her advantages in general appearance as she has a longer topline.

#12 stands over #8 for her advantages in dairy strength being a more open ribbed kid and then in general appearance she has a flatter rump angle.  Finally, I appreciate the breed character to the head of #12 when comparing her to #8 as well as the upstandingness in the front end.

#8 will be commended for standing with good width between her hock.
