In our Mini Nubian Senior kid class, #5 places over #9
for her advantage in dairy strength. She is
sharper withered and more prominent in her vertebrae.
As for general appearance, #5 blends more harmoniously
in her front end and she is more level in her topline.
#9 places over #5 for her advantage in body capacity.
She has a wider chest, deeper heart girth, deeper rear
rib, and more barrel development. She has an
advantage in general appearance, with stronger breed
character to her head. She has stands wider
between the hocks and is more u shaped in her
escutcheon, her hocks are more parallel when viewed from
behind, and has less tendency to be over angulated in
the rear legs.
#7 places over #1 for her advantages in general
appearance. #7, a doe with a straighter fore leg
when viewed from the front, is a smoother blended doe
in the front end especially between the shoulder blades
and withers and chest floor and point of elbow.
She is also fuller in the crops. #7 has a more
desirable rump angle as well. As for dairy
strength, #7 is freer from excess conditioning showing
us a sharper wither. more prominent vertebrae, and more
desirable fleshing for a young replacement animal.
#1 now places over #10 justify the placing is general
appearance as she has a smoother junction from hip into
rump. Her rump is flatter as well. As for
body capacity, we are seeing a stronger bone, more
overall substance, and greater barrel development in #1.
#10 now stands over #2 in dairy strength. She is
much sharper at the wither, more prominent in the
vertebrae, and more open in the rib. In general
appearance, she is more perpendicular from hock to
pastern.
#2 places over #6 in general appearance. She is a
more balanced individual with a smoother topline, more
correct rump angle, and a slightly straighter fore leg
behind the knee in side profile. #2 is also more
open in the escutcheon and for her size shows great
width between the hocks.
#6
is placing over #4 in dairy strength. She has a
longer neck, sharper wither, and a more incurving thigh.
#4
is placing over #3 in general appearance, with a more
correct rear leg stance when viewed from behind.
#3 is placing over #11 for her advantages in general
appearance. She, a doe with a straighter fore leg
in front profile, is longer in the topline and wider and
flatter in the rump. She stands on a more correct
set of rear leg criticizing 11 for being over angulated
on the rear legs.
#11 stands over #13 in general appearance as she is more
balanced.
#13 stands over #12 for her advantages in general
appearance as she has a longer topline.
#12 stands over #8 for her advantages in dairy strength
being a more open ribbed kid and then in general
appearance she has a flatter rump angle. Finally,
I appreciate the breed character to the head of #12 when
comparing her to #8 as well as the upstandingness in the
front end.
#8 will be commended for standing with good width
between her hock.
