Placing 5-2-4-1-6-3-7

In this Mini Nubian senior yearling buck class, #5, a more powerful, masculine,  and rugged buck, edges #2 in his advantage in body capacity.  He is wider chested and shows more development to his rear rib.  I also prefer the strength of bone.  In general appearance, he is wider in his topline and rump.

#2 places over #4 as he is more correct in general appearance.  He is more correct in the placement of the front leg off the center of the shoulder, the levelness of topline, and flatness of rump.  He also stands on a set of rear legs that are more comfortably set underneath his body.

#4, a more upstanding buck, places over #1 in general appearance with a longer topline and longer rump that has a more correct slope.  He is deeper on his rear heel and has a more shapely rear hoof.  He is wider in his chest with more strength of bone, points of body capacity.

#1 places over #6 in a very close placing.  I prefer the general appearance advantage in breed type to the head, especially the shape of ear and fact he has less control of it.  He shows more length to his brisket.  I also prefer the depth to his rear rib giving him an advantage in body capacity.    Finally, a slight edge in dairy strength with ribs that angle back more towards the flank.

#6 places over #3 as he is more correct in his feet and legs under the general appearance aspect of the scorecard.  His rear legs are more comfortably set beneath him with less tendency to be over angulated in the rear leg.

#3 places over #7 for his advantage in length of topline and rump when looking at his general appearance.  When you look at body capacity there is a lot more width of chest.

#7 will be commended for sharp withers.
