Ear Review Request

If you disagree with the ear designation on your current registration certificate, please complete this form. You must include 3 pictures taken within 30 days of this submission. You must also include a copy of the registration certificate. Pictures must be taken straight on of the face as shown in the examples below as well as a side picture demonstrating the length of the ear as shown in the examples.

Reviews will begin in July 2025 and will be reviewed as time permits.

Please note that there is a $5.00 fee to review the ears for a classification change and an additional charge of $5 for a new certificate.
