PLEASE NOTE: Report of Awards form is only to be submitted by the Show Chair of MDGA Sanctioned Live Shows.
Submit your ROAs at the links below.
Please be as accurate as possible.
Start with Report of Awards – Grand and Reserve.
If you have more than one division/breed, please submit another form for those winners. Repeat until all divisions/breeds have been entered.
If you had a Best in Show Line Up, please submit your Report of Awards – Best in Show (if applicable; separate link) after your last division/breed is entered.
